Thai Passport

I received an email from Australia asking how to get a passport for a Thai lady. I am assuming that he maens how to get a visa to take a Thai lady to Australia. However regarding the Thai passport here is a link to the Thai Embassy in Bangkok. The Thai Embassy pages explain the general requirements for acquiring a Thai passport and you can download an application form from the website. At the time of writing this the application fees are as follow:
Baht 1,073 for a 32-page passport , Baht 1,573 for a 64-page passport.

For a foreiginer located in Pattaya the closest branch office is:

Working Hours 08.00 to 15.30

Provided you have correctly filled in the form, supplied all the necessary documents and your application is lodged early say around 8.30am then you should be able to pick up the passport the same afternoon.

To get to Bang Na Trad from Pattaya you could take the bus. A bus leaves Pattaya for Bangkok every 30 minutes from the Roong Reuang Bus Terminal (same terminal as the Airport bus). The first bus departs at 5am and the last at 9pm.
