Pattaya to Bangkok Bell Airport Bus Service
The Bell bus service departs from Roong Reuang Bus Terminal located at the Sukhumvit end of North Pattaya Road in North Pattaya.
The departure point and ticket office is located behind the main Pattaya-Bangkok office to the right.
The trip takes up to two hours depending on traffic. The single fare is 200 Baht. The bus is air conditioned and the seats are very comfortable.
You can arrange to have the Bell shuttle bus pick you up at your hotel or you can take a Baht bus [song thaew] to get to the bus terminal. The Baht bus fare is around 30 Baht from anywhere along Beach Road.

To Ekamai or Morchit
From Roong Reuang bus terminal you can also take a bus to Ekamai Bus Station in Bangkok or the Morchit Terminal in Bangkok. The first bus departs at 4.30 am then every 30 minutes up to 23:00.

The Bell airport bus will drop you off at the Airport Terminal Departures Level 4 direct NOT at the Bus Station in the Transportation Centre.

How much do I have to pay for the Baht bus? As long as your hotel is located along the standard Baht bus route it could cost up to 20 Baht for the trip. If you need to divert from the regular route you will have to pay more. Then maybe even more if you tell the Baht bus driver you are staying in an expensive hotel.
You will also find motorbike taxis lined up at the terminal ready to transport you to anywhere in Pattaya.
