Room Rates The lower room rates start at around 250 baht per night for a fan room with the bare essentials. An air conditioned serviced room with cable TV, refrigerator, hot water shower, toilet and double bed will cost you around 350 baht per night. It's a good idea to take an air con room if you are planning to visit Pattaya between March and July as it can get rather hot. If you add telephone and swimming pool to the above add on another 150 to 200 baht. Total 550 baht. Add another 200 baht if you fancy all the above plus a glimpse of Pattaya Bay from your balcony.
